Order Placement

Orders may be placed online on the website of Nexora Marketing Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Nexora”) at: www.nexora.net.in or picked up from Nexora’s office and/or any franchisee outlet of Nexora Marketing Private Limited.

Pickup from Office or Franchisee Outlet

Pickup orders can be placed at any of the outlets. Payment options for pickup orders can be Cash and other Online Payment through Wallets.

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 01:30 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Home Delivery

Home delivery orders can be placed via the website www.nexora.net.in or at the office/franchisee office for convenience.

Payment Options

  • Orders placed at Office: Cash and Other Online Payments through Wallets.
  • Online Orders: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Account Transfers (RTGS, NEFT, IMPS), and Online Wallets.

Home Delivery Orders Delivery Fees

Please refer to the website: www.nexora.net.in for details on delivery fees. Shipments are in perfect condition when handed over to the carrier.

By signing "received" on the delivery note, the recipient acknowledges the order was received in satisfactory condition. Do not sign if there is damage or product shortages. Hidden damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to notify Nexora within 24 hours will be deemed as acceptance of the products.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday after 2:30 PM are shipped the following Monday.
  • Delivery time varies by location, averaging between 2–7 days.
  • No deliveries on Sundays or major holidays, as per the delivery partner’s policy.

Delivery of the Product

  • Multiple delivery models are used; risk during delivery lies with Nexora.
  • Nexora ensures products delivered match those listed and are not faulty.
  • Shipping address and Pin Code are verified before payment.
  • If the address is not serviceable, customers must provide an alternate delivery address.
  • No guaranteed dispatch time. Full payment is mandatory before delivery.
  • Customer must accept delivery of products in deliverable state. Refusal may lead to liability unless justified and approved by Nexora.
  • Product ownership and risk pass to the customer upon full payment and delivery.
  • Customer should inspect packaging before accepting delivery.

Governing Law

Any disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Nexora, as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All proceedings will be under the jurisdiction of District Courts in Sirsa, Haryana.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final. Breach of this agreement by the Customer/Distributor will make them liable for damages and legal costs.
